I have created an Excel spreadsheet which has various columns. These columns are filled in by selecting data from a drop down box that I have created using data validation. I want to create a chart based on the information in these boxes.
To explain further, I have a column called "source of enquiry". The drop down includes website, email, telephone, referral. I want to create a chart that will tell me how many telephone calls, how many emails etc.
I am sure this can be done but my limited Excel knowledge has reached it's peak! Please can someone assist me with this task,

This is far too technical for me. I don't know how to use VB at allIs there someone I can email the sheet to and let them have a look at it? I am sure it is very simple
Really, it's not that difficult if you take the time to read through the pages and give a little study to the examples, which you can download.
