    WaferMap

    Hi Guys,

I need to generate WAFERMAP chart in excel using the data retrieved from STDF files (These formats are used in Semicon industry).
I have been provided with three columns in excel sheet maked as X and Y coordinates. The third column refers to the BIN number.

I need to generate the wafer map with respective coordinate value and put the bin number in the generated wafer map.Is there any possibility to achieve this using Macros?

    Thankx

    Re: WaferMap

    use a pivot table.

    insert > pivot table

then drag the table headers into the correct row/column/value sections
