Thread: need advice to make the right chart

I have such kind of data in table:

and I want to make something like this:

time should be used for X-axis, Y-axis should be a line chart, counting number of occurrences of same number during same time. Like:

so I need to get how many different events happening each second in sum and also separately

cannot decide how to start...
