Thread: Histogram

Hi there,

This is my first post and I was wondering if it's possible to combine a pile chart and a Histogram chart. This is what I need to do:

In the attached file you have a serie of data; On the rows you have the 3 categories - SU, Shirts, Trousers- while in the columns you have - total season 1 - partial season 2 - and preseason 2.

Is it possible to create a histogram chart in which I have 2 columns for every single category. The first column should be the total of partial season 2+preseason 2 and should be splitted proportionally in this two parts while the second column Total season 1.

Maybe it's easier to put it in this way. I want the blue and the orange columns of the chart to be piled with the same split. is it possible??

I'm no chart expert, but you might try using a stacked column chart and then set the Total Season data set as a secondary axis, changing the width to separate it from the Partial and Preseason stack.

See attached : season 2 is a calculated field
