Change values from X axis to Y axis

I am working on a 2 axis chart that has 2 sets of columns and 2 lines. I am using Excel 2003

Both sets of columns display values correctly and match the scaling of the first X axis.

The first line displays values correctly and is matched to the scaling of the second X axis.

The second line displays values correctly, but the values match the scaling on the first X axis, not the second.

Goal is to have bot columns match the scaling on the first X axis, while bot lines match the scaling of the second X axis. Right now it look like 3 sets of values are assigned to the X axis.

The source data is entered in this order of series:

Line - This series does NOT match the scaling of the second X axis
Line - This series does match the scaling of the second X axis
Column - This series does match the scaling of the first X axis
Column - This series does match the scaling of the first X axis

How do I redirect a set of values (the one line that does not match the scaling of the second X axis) to the second X axis?

    Thanks

right-click on wrong series, format data series, change assignment to primary / secondary axis
