    Compare Data from Two Sheets and Extra the matching data with all the columns

    Hello,

    I want to compare data from two sheets. I want to pull all data from all columns in sheet one: ID, Name, and ***, Donor. but I only want to the return result to match the criterias in sheet 2. Please see the excel sample.

    Place this formula in the cell B2 of sheet2 and drag right to D2 and then down.

    I have another question.

    Currently, it is only displaying the name. Is it possible for it to display all the columns? LIke the ID, Name, Gender, and Donor?

    That mean you entered the formula in B2 and did not drag (copy) the formula up to D2.
    First place that formula in the cell B2 and confirm it with Enter.
    Now select the cell B2 (by clicking on it once) and grab the fill handle (right bottom of the cell border) and drag up to cell D2. You will see that now formula is applied up to cell D2 and range B2 to D2 is selected. Now grab the fill handle of the cell D2 and drag it down.

    This way col. B will show you the Name, col. C will show you the Gender and col. D will show you the Donor. You have ID in the col. A already.
