I need to make a formula that looks up a value and matches it in four different columns. If the value is matched in one of the 4 different tables then return a true or false statement.
I've tried to to do a nested vlookup but I can't seem to make it work beyond one table. I've tried with some AND, OR statements but without success...
Any ideas?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
