    Ignore blank cells using formula

Hi all, I am using the formula above and i keep getting #DIV/0 because the range set is using blank cells. How can I use the same formula but allow it to ignore the blank cells and return only the most common word? Thanks in advance..

Look for examples of this formula in this forum, or simply google. Good luck
