    Hi please check attached file.I want following formulas in this .

    you could do yourself a favour, if you add the desired (expected) result in your excel file.
    Notice my main language is not English.

    Thanks it is working like a charm Vikas
    one more help, I want to place the new "pl4" file on desktop and want it to pull data from closed "csv" files named "A","B","C","D" in a folder named "DATA"

    150 files and I need to keep them separately,can it be pulled from txt. too

    my main file will be on desktop and folder with these 150 files will be in D drive.
    all 150 files will have different names which will be displayed in main file .The main file will show Mode,SD of all these files against their name in main file
    The calculation should be made once I open the main file ,New data will be added in these files on the next day only so don't need any refresh.

    Simultaneously open Files named A, B, C, D to get the formula to work..

    I think Mission is accomplished now..

    I have made an update button...
    to refreshed all the formulas..

    Make a list of names in the A column and copy paste the formulas below..
    and put all your 150 files and place them in a folder "D:\Data"

    Don't forget to click *, again

    I think there may be one potential problem...

    the date format of your PC and mine may be different. ( I am sure)

    SO change the Start and end date accordingly..

    Hi I have made some changes in files and now I want to pull data from one flie only.
    File pl4 should pull data from file ACC in D:\Data folder
    Please check attached files don't know why is it not working
