Returning a column of numbers and empty cells into a column of only numbers

Hi, guys.
First time poster, long time viewer. Big fan!
im having a column of empty cells and some numbers. Like you see underIt goes on for hundreds of lines.

I want to make a shorter version og column A in column B where all the blanks are removed. Like this:

Does anyone know witch set of formulas i can use to get this done in excel 2010?????

Thank you for replying, but this is not excacly what im looking for.
To specify:
Im looking for a set of formulas that will automaticly make a column B without blank cells based on the "mixed blank/number"-column in A. This is becouse column A will be continiously upgraded where some of the blank cells will be given numbers.
Having to filter and copy columns will be to time demanding.

Any thoughts?

This is exactly how i was picturing it. But when im writing the same formula in my woorksheet it won't work. Only blank cells turns up as i drag the formulacell down.
How come this is happening?

here is one of my files btw. its finding the last sunday of the month. want the data in column E moved to column F without the blank cells you can see in column E.

one step closer with ctrl+shift+enter, but it is having problems when the year change from 2014 to 2015 and the weeknumbers restart at 1.
Any fixes that will return a list without blanks given that the numbers are entertwined in size?
