How Small Function works when small(array,1),small(array,2) are same ?

Hello Excel Guru's

i am new to excel ,i want find out small1 small2 values ,it working but
when small1, small2 are different values.

how to find second small when small 1, small 2 are same for example small1 26 and small2 26,
is always showing small2 = small1 address
please give any advise

in excel i want find out small 1 and small2 and get address of small1 and small2.
i get small2 cell of address is same small1 cell of address when small1=26 small2=26.

i want to find small 3 subject names and cell addresses. I already found small1, small2, small3 but subject names and cell addresses are not finding correctly.

Small1, Small2, Small3 marks are same (small1 value is 40, small2 value is 40, small3 value is 40) Index function and Cell address function not working i.e. Subject 2 and subject 3 are showing same.

I already used a formula index and cell address but it is not working above said problems.

please help or give some solutions.
