Attendance Dates and total hours

I have attached a sample file for assistance – there are many more names and data covers a calendar year. I am seeking an outcome in the “Individual sheet” providing the attendance date (Start and Last date) and also total hours based on data within the “Master” Sheet.
Formulas within the “Master” Sheet F4 and K4 may assist with part of the outcome required in the “Individual” sheet.
The question to be answered is:
What is first date Alan Smith attended “Section A, Reference ABCLRN001” and how many hours in total across the attendance dates for that particular Section & Reference Only. The result comes from individual data at row 4, but also marries the data at M4 and M21 – highlighted Yellow)
The outcome is shown in row 4 of Individual Sheet G:I with another result at J:L.

Yes Errors come from Name manager "Section" ranges
