Using a Vlookup based on Data Validation Choice

I'm working on a sheet that shows various discounts for products based on how much volume of product is purchased. I have a data validation box that lists the various amounts required (1 case, 2 case, etc.), and I have a sheet that has all the data (A1 is empty - column A is the case quantity - column B has a product name in B1 and then each discount based on the case quantity in Column A). I want the discount amount in Sheet 2 to fill in automatically based on the information on Sheet 1. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Thanks for the help, although I may still be doing something wrong - attached is the sheet with the formula. I seem to lose the correct info return in B6, and the cells below that are not returning correctly.

a small correction to simarui formula try the below on
    =INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$L$7,MATCH(B$3,Sheet1!$A$1:$A$7,0),MATCH(A4,Sheet1!$A$1:$L$1,0)) and copy towards down
