Hi HangMan,
You have already given your answer. When you replace (blank) with conditional format by using " ;;; " with Conditional Format - Specific Text Rule, Then just add " - " after " ;;;".
So you use " ;;;- " in conditional formatting to replace the (blank) with " - ".
