I need to carry the values listed in a column to a specific cell in a row.
The values listed in column C5 to C12 must be carried to the cells in row D15 to K15
The values listed in column E5 to E12 must be carried to the cells in row D16 to K16

your file has merged cells.
you must unmerge them

you must:
1-unmerg your cells.(I didi it inn your file)
2-repeat the records instead of merged cells(as attached file)
3-I suggest bring all the tables as attachment.(they aren in the same row but different column)
if you do all these above, you can use the formula vlookup and match
anyway if you make the tables under each other and make a correct database it will be more easier for you to use VLOOKUP.
I will discuss: "suitable database structure for reporting " on my Excel Blog.
