Attached is the basis of a leave spreadsheet that staff can select a leave option and the system will convert it to a number of hours.
I'm trying to work out how to add the dates to specific years... ie if my leave anniversary is june 1st if I book leave before May 1st then it will come from 2016, if leave is booked for june 2 then it comes from 2017 leave allowance... I can get it to work on whole months but not specific days
Please can someone help to make the attached spreadsheet work?
