VLOOKUP help

I can't seem to make this work. How do I show someone the spreadsheet for help?

this is in cell B1 =VLOOKUP($A$3,'MB2'!$B$3:$J$42,1,FALSE)

C3 is a drop down box

B1 is this result #N/A
SELECT Variety Trait Type
PM12467UN 2162 CRX Soybeans 2.1 2,691 52 UNT
2162 CRX Soybeans 2.1 2,691 52 SO

Click on EDIT POST / ADVANCED / MANAGE ATTACHMENTS.

Manage Attachments will be below your reply window kinda on the left side.

Not sure how this forum thing works. Newbie. I cant seem to attach the file.
Anyway, I have used this formula many times but I cant seem to get it to work

This is the formula and result in B1 =VLOOKUP($A$3,'MB2'!$B$3:$J$42,1,FALSE)
B1 should be reading 2162.
