Data Validation Help Need

Dear all

I would like to seek your help.

I have a list of invoice no prepared and will be selected in other sheet.

I will mark "Y" to indicated that the Invoice No is used. User can not select it from the validation list

How can i do it ?

Thanks so much, i have changed the formula as =FILTER(Inv_tbl,G7:G14<>"Y")

Then I use #. I did not know what it mean but it works

Can you enlighten me what this # mean and how does it works?
