    Delete rows on conditional criteria

    Hi all,

    I am totally lost with this one...... please help (should be fun :-)

    I have raw data of annual sales. Analysing data I need to remove rows that have certain criteria.

    Hi,

    If the Cr Note always follows the invoice then you could build an IF() test in say column A to mark the relevant rows with an 'x' as you have started to do. Then filter the data for the x rows and delete the filtered rows.

    The IF test could be in A13 and copied up & down

    Thanks. Great!! I have a few '000 rows. Ant cant be 100% sure one line follows the other. :-(
    Will try yours but very scared :-))
    Any other ideas please?
