Double Lookup to return proper value

In table 2, I'm trying to figure how to return the appropriate value (Meeting Time) based looking up names that appear potentially several times. Table 2 also has a countdown to when to move onto the next value (Meeting Time).

In the attached workbook, the bold meeting times are the values I'm trying to lookup and return.

    Any ideas?

    well normally id use
=INDEX($D$6:$D$100,MATCH(K6&L6,INDEX($B$6:$B$100&$C$6:$C$100,0),0)) but your dates dont line up

The dates don't need to line up...the "Remaining Sessions" have to line up. When the "Remaining Sessions" countdown to zero in Table 2, if that name appears again in the same table, it needs to find the next time it appears in Table 1 and pull the correct value (Meeting Time) from Table 1.

The dates really don't matter in Table 1 or 2. What is important is the "Remaining Sessions". Table 1 shows the total Remaining Sessions. Table 2 counts down the Remaining Sessions from Table 1 every time a matching name is entered into Table 2. When a "Member" uses up all their Remaining Sessions (Remaining Sessions = 0) in Table 2, they must purchase more Sessions, which is then documented in Table 1. However, the "Meeting Time" for the same "Member" may change every time they purchase new sessions. So, I need 1) the names to match & 2) look down the list in Table 1 (and pull that Meeting Time) when the previous entry under the same name in Table 2 has a Remaining Sessions Value of "0".
