I copied and pasted the formula from E6 to G6. What I wanted to happen is for G6’s formula to be =F6+B3*D6-1 instead of =F6+E3*D6-1.
I just want to know if there’s a function that I can use so I can just copy the formula from E6 to G6 and I6 not bother changing the formula for G6 and I6 just because the second cell on the formula skips a cell.

I don't think there a way of doing this. Cells references in formulas are change according to relative displacement of start en end position of formula. There nothing to do about that.
