Formula to Find If Text In a Cell Matches Another Range of Cells

    My spreadsheet has the following:

Company Name Customer Contact CEO First Name CEO Last Name CFO First Name CFO Last Name
ABC Mike Jones Jane Doe John Smith
ABC Jane Doe Jane Doe John Smith
ABC John Smith Jane Doe John Smith
ABC Sally Field Jane Doe John Smith
ABC AJ Bank Jane Doe John Smith
ABC Sandra Baker Jane Doe John Smith

I want to create a formula at the end to check if Column B data - i.e., "Mike Jones" is a CEO or CFO of this company. The problem I have is that Column B contains both the first and last name of the person while Column C and D splits the CEO first and last name. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

    Hi,

    Please upload your actual workbook.

The text you post doesn't split naturally with a Text to Columns action.
