formula to combine rows based on empty rows

    Hi guys,
    Thanks for helping,

I have text in excel rows in the following format

    (empty cell)
    (empty cell)
    text
    text
    text
    text
    (empty cell)
    (empty cell)
    text
    text
    text
    (empty cell)
    (empty cell)
    text
    text
    text

I want to combine all the text between two empty cells together i.e combine all rows between empty cells into one cell. The only issue is that the number of rows between empty cells is not the same as you can see in the above example where it might be 4 rows before the next empty cell or 5 or 10 etc.
    Any help?

    Thanks so much!

Am not sure of a formula solution, but a macro can do this for you - try this
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
    Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
    Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button
