Extract ten digit nos from numeric text

Hi,
My query is that i have text as well as numbers in a cell. sometimes nos are in start and in some case they are in middle and also in end. some nos are ten digit nos so i want to extrat these ten digit nos. There are some nos which are 3 digit also and some which are 4 digit. I want only ten digit nos in a separate cell.
Can someone help.
