Count formula help - pls

Good Morning,

I need some help with a "count"(?) formula. The document is essentily a report and the use of rows varies on the size of the report.

Column A contains a number value which i have worked out how to count this up, but i need a formula to count the blanks in colum C against the total count of entries in column A

Any help would be appreciated
