How to use conditions from 2 drop down lists to display a 3rd drop down

I am trying to filter a drop down from a set of data. I have A:State AL - WY, B:Deductible Type 01 - 99 C:Deductible Size 01 - 50. The Deductible Type and Size are different option codes that must be entered into a separate database. Which codes they enter are dependent on the A:State they are in first then the B:Deductible Type they want. This narrows down the options they can select for the C:Deductible Size. Any clue as to how I can do this? If needed I can enter the actual description of the deductible types and sizes instead of 01 - 99, but I'm not even sure if you can narrow results in this way.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Would there be a way to have different worksheets for each state and depending on the one you choose that would narrow down the list? How would I go about this? Been trying to dig into Excel for the past 3 days to solve this problem and I'm hitting a wall
