how to make upload of Excel sheet for access software

Dear freinds,

I use simple Access Software at my workplace. i enter data into an excel sheet (attached) at initial stage, finally i have to copy paste all of the pre-entered data from Excel to access which is time wasting. i want to make upload of the excel sheet for access software. So plz if someone can solve my problem.
