Help on Unique SLA Count with Criteria

Hi, please help

On the Report Transaction Sheet, the following cells need to count for the unique number of tickets from the Records Sheet..

Cell D12 needs to count unique open and update tickets in status and excluding those tickets that have been tagged as closed. Part of criteria needs to be tickets that are Assigned only to Level 1 within the given start date and end date.

Example:

A open
A update
A update
>Count is 1

B open
B update
B closed
>Count is 0, since ticket B is closed already


Cell D13 needs to count unique number of tickets that have "YES" in SLA Failed Tickets

Example:
Ticket Status SLA Failed?
A open YES
A update YES
A update YES
B open NO
A closed YES
C update YES
C update YES

Count of total failed in SLA tickets is 2


Cell D15 and Cell D16 is a breakdown for SLA Failed tickets

D15 = Status of ticket is "Update" and under SLA Failed tickets has "YES"
(in this case, D15 is 1 as it Counts only A)

D16 = Status of ticket is "closed" and under SLA Failed tickets has "YES"
(in this case, D16 is 1 as it Counts only C)



Please note that all entries that pertain to Ticket D in the example is not counted as it is assigned to Level 2
