I would suggest manually doing an example to help clarify.
This way we know where you want the totals to be listed, and clearly what colors would be applied, and when.
Please click the * icon below if I have helped.

Without seeing some sample data and sample answers, not easy to see what you want?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Re: Running totals with conditional formatting

in F2 you can use
=E2-MAX(K2:AO2)
that will give you the last Max entry in K to AO and subtract from due

then for conditional formatting

green = F2>50
Orange = F2 >12
Red =F2<=12

in that order and stop if true

see attached - is that what you need ?

Not sure how D2 fits in

Re: Running totals with conditional formatting

Mate that is 100% spot on!!! D2 is just a reference for myself, to see what the service intervals is between services. You will see on the Sheet "Equipment" that I have no date formatting inside cell "F2:F4" as I have no clue on how to do that. You are a true legend!!! I would have to buy you a burger and a pint! PM me your PayPal email address and tell me how much a burger and a pint costs in the UK and I'll send it to you. Once again thank you so much!!!!!
