Trying to copy text of cell if certain row contains a specified name

I am new to Excel. Is there a formula I can use to do the following please :

In a workbook I need to find all items belonging to a certain person and then copy those items to a new sheet, possibly separated by commas. To make it simple, please see example :

    Sheet 1 :
Fruit owner APPLE PEAR GRAPE BANANA
Fruit owners Jim Julia Miranda Jason
    Julia Matthew Matthew Jim

Sheet 2 : this is where I want to put the results
    Jim Apple, Banana
    Julia Pear, Apple
    Jason Banana
    Miranda Grape
    Matthew Pear, Grape

So basically I would like to find a formula in which I ask what fruits each fruit owner has. Sorry for sounding like a simpleton....

VBA would be the best solution

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Surely a pivot table or INDEX + MATCH array formula could do it easily enough.

Sadly, even that is beyond me. Is it actually possible to do a pivot table over several worksheets? If you were able to do me a small example of the index+match array formula I would be very grateful.
