Autofill a calendar from a table

Hello

I need help in this problem I'm trying to solve where my calendar does not properly fill information from a table in another tab. I am using LOOKUPs but that only works for my first example. I have also attached a tab of ideally what I'd like it to look like.

I'm having trouble with the intial lookup and the subsequent lookups
