    Dates in a charts x-axis

    Please open the enclosed workbook.
    Two questions:
    - how can I avoid that the dates not appearing in the source is showing in the chart? That is the case for 2/8 and 3/8.
    - I often experience that the dates in the chart are shown as the dates numeric codes in Excel. How can I avoid that?
    Please note that dates in col. D is reffering to col. B

    Format Axis/Axis Type/Text axis
