    Docket Number that changes

Hi, I am trying to create a docket number that should look like this 140001, 140002, etc. Basically the last four digits can go up but the 14 (as in 2014) stays constant. Any ideas on how to do this?

    LOL

    Where is the issue?

Increment the docket number by one until the docket number is 15000 then reset it to 140001.
