Sorting Help

Hello, Basically I am creating a spreadsheet for keep track of Fantasy Football Scores and on my Cover Page I want to have a list of participants followed by their scores in the cell next to them. My question is there a way to make it so everytime I update te scores throughout the work book the cover page scores will automatically autosort the person with the highest on top and so on.

Steve S. 1
John S. 1
John T. 1
Dane F. 1
Dave S. 1
Brenda 2
Scott W. 1
Ian E. 1
Josh L. 1

Example I have the scores pulled from other sheets on the workbook automatically and I would like them all to autosort highest score whenever a score changes.

Any ideas?
