Find value in a column below 300 but not 0.

Hello. How can I do a search for values in a column that are not 0, but below 400?

Use a helper column with a formula?

Could you give me an example of that? I liked your earlier example using find, because I could quickly see how many instances there were. In this case I would have to scroll (I think) to see how many data sets met this criteria. Thank you.

    =(a1>0)*(a1<400)
