Mail Merge

Hello,

I have formatted my list and successfully completed a Mail Merge but the formatting vanishes. So for example, the font color is white, after mail merge, i still see the value as black in the word file.
I want the formatting in the excel file to be the same in mail merged file.

I guess that the reason that you have not received any replies on this is that it is a Word problem rather than an Excel issue!
