Automate Splitting up locations in a cell into new rows? Seems simple but not sure

    Hi all!

I have a problem where I've accidentally combined a bunch of locations in one cell of a row, when infact each location was supposed to be a seperate row but retaining the same details/data of the rest of the row. Even sharing the same ID for each location on each row. EAch location is seperated by a comma.

This is how it is now with location (Before):

    \1

This is how I"m trying to get it to look for all rows (this only showing A1 as an example)

    \1

Here is the file itself with both before and after tabs

    Excel problem.xlsx

I"m not sure if this is even possible. Any help is appreciated =)

I"m really terrible at explaining things so if something makes no sense please let me know. I"m really praying that there is a better way than just to do it manually =(

Thanks Siva you did an amazing job. I have given you added reputation since its well deserved!

I will have a look to see how you accomplished this so quickly! But if you have time may I ask what your thought process was for each step? If not don't worry about it I"m already extremely greatful! I will try to reverse engineer and hopefully figure out the genius in these formulas.

I have never seen the function LEN before so thats new to me!

thanks again Siva you're a legend!
