    Difference between =Sheet1!A1 and =+Sheet1!A2 ?

Saw these 2 uses. I inserted this into A2 of Sheet 2, both worked fine. I dragged down and excel auto filled it for both as well. Is there any difference?

No. You don't need "+" infront of formulae.
