Converting UPPER case to Lower and trim

Hi all

If I have "GREAT BRITAIN(GB)" in a cell and want to convert it to "Great Britain" is there a formula or function to do so?

Here is a macro that you could employ. Highlight the cell(s) you wish to change and run the macro. Note that you can change the case to the one you wish to use by commenting out the two you don't want and uncommenting the one you want to keep.
