Match then copy data on row within Table

Hi

I have attached a sheet as a simple example which i reqiure the data from a table row.

if x matchs y then copy the row from the table associated to the match.

When you look at the sheet, if a cell in column D matchs a cell in column S in the table then copy the figures on that row of the table to the blue grid.

Thanks for help but i think we got wires crossed as i need the figures from the big table put into the middle grid marked with colour blue when column D matches column S, so it would go something like this:

If cell D5 matches the range in column S then copy the figures in the row that matches and put it in grid L to Q
