I am trying to get the field N49 to automatically populate the date that corresponds with field P49.
The field P49 already populates and updates as necessary from this separate spreadsheet.
Any thoughts?

Where are my manners... Thanks to any/ all who can assist! This spreadsheet is stressing me out!

A better way to look at what I am trying to do. I would need the date value to populate and update with the #1 position. So this would be 1/3/14. (the time is a luxury that I don't need, but would like) If it were kicked out of the #1 spot to #2, then everything would update appropriately. Thoughts? Thanks again for looking!

I have attached a sheet that might solve your problem...
It is an array so it will need to be entered with cntrl-shift-enter.

Good Evening... Again. I come back for one last request. It seems I need a time frame to populate as well :/. Also, I am looking to find the highest count for a specific date. When the date changes, it needs to pull the highest count for that date. Again, thank you for your assistance and help! I greatly appreciate it!

All of the formulae I have loaded are arrays (Cntrl+Shift+Enter).
