Extract sentences in a single cell to multiple

I have a cell like this

#8 Location,
247 operation & mobile techs,
If they represent Mercury brand,
If all dealers have all above the Image and workshop & premises cleanliness has final input.

and want each sentence in a cell next to the original so 1 master and 4 cells with the sentences that are separated by a ,

Use Data | Text-to-Columns with delimited data separated by a comma - ensure that your destination cell points to the next column, to avoid over-writing the originals.
