Bar or Pie Graph that automatically counts unit (cells)?

Guys; see the attached file....I'm trying to create a graph that will chart the number of items that are duplicated in the list. For example, if there are six entries that all say "MA 14-15 Pops 2+ STBs", I'd like that to be charted in a bar graph. If eight entries say "14/15 Referral - NSO Staff" that would be another element of the chart.

All I could think of was "sumif" or "countif" but that would be too onerous. If I trim the first characters out, and then sort them, of course, I'll be able to see them in their groups and maybe that would be a start....
