Different result depending on number of Cd's ordered

I work for a small CD manufacturing company and I need help with one Customer of ours with whom we provide Fulfillment for. We charge this customer a "Fulfillment" charge when she orders CD's from us and the price is different depending on how many she buys.

In the first cell (E13) I put in the number of CD's their asking for and in (f13) depending on how many they order I want the result. (I will be using cell E13 as my first cell)
then when she orders again I would add the new number of cds in E14, E15 etc with the results in showing up in F14, F15, etc.



The price list is as follows:

1 CD $3.50
2 CD's $4.00
3-4 CDs $5.00
5-8 CDs $6.00

9 or more CD's $6.00 + a 3 cent charge per CD ($0.03). We only add the 3 cents on 9 or CD's more to help pay for shipping. Can someone help with a formula that would cover the above if I put it in a cell and the adjacent cells right below it with the results showing up in the next cell to the right.
