Hi
Just bought new PC and I can only see 30 rows and columns a-r on screen. I used to be able to see many more rows and columns on my old machine and cant figure out how to change it. I have font and point size set the same and dont want to use zoom.
Can anyone advise as I need to see more on screen

Its happening with all worksheets, so think its the way excel is set up, Im using a multi monitor set up so not sure how to send screen shot just of one monito?
Hi, Snipping tool in windows 7 is very handy to take screenshot of excel file.
It is in all programs, then accessories...

that looks right for a standard view,zoom is the way to see more
or create a new xltx with your prefered settings in your xlstart folder
