Summary Expiration date on another sheet

Hello, I want to ask how to make a summary report based on expiration date (I provide an example)

in a 'Matrix' sheet, I have a name column, contract expired, and validity time (day), etc

My problem is, how to display a name, expiration date, and validity time for name with expiration date less than 2 month (<61 days) in 'SUMMARY' sheet. Thanks before
