Error Message on Cell References, Range Names, Defined Names, etc.

Have you checked whether any range names contain errors.

One approach I often take is to delete half the sheets and then try to save a copy to see if the problem has disappeared. If it has then you know the problem was in the sheets you deleted so start again and delete half of the sheets you deleted before and test again. Repeating this binary deletion process will eventually reduce down to one sheet. Then if the problem still exists repeat the process but deleting half the rows and testing iteratively until you've eliminated all but one row, then delete half the columns and test...etc.
