    Conditional Colors

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...l%20Colors.JPG

The formula on C3 is “=IF(B3<=$C$1,B3,"")”
    B3 is 12, C1 is 0, B3 isn’t smaller C1 so B3 should have been 12. Shouldn’t it?

Edit : Sorry For Mistake. I changed the B3 on the first line to C3. Now fixed.

    Re: Conditional Colors

    Nope. It should be blank.

IF 12 less or equal 0 -> FALSE

You've said yourself the If condition isn't true therefore the default "" is returned

    Re: Conditional Colors

What's the question? There was no mention of conditional formatting in your original.

    Re: Conditional Colors

Sorry, my mistake. I misunderstood the logical test in the formula.
