    Updating average function ,not pivot table

    I have a problem with updating average

    Average of daily patients visits is to be daily calculated?

    please don't try pivot table

    Look up how to use =AVERAGEIF() or =AVERGAEIFS()

    Your post doesn't give any information at all on what your expected results are, or where you'd like them, so it's difficult to give you a tailor made solution.

    my file contains all the data needed and you can put the function any where within the spreadsheet.

    I wounder if you can show how to use your fucntion?

    Have a look at the blue cells in the attached.

    I'm guessing this is what you mean but as your explanation of the problem was minimal and there's a distinct lack of expected results I have no way of telling...

    Dear sir

    when you make a sum of D36+F36+H36 and then make average of the the product. this is clear
    but when you continue add numbers in the following days then new numbers are added and the average
    needs update... how come? this is the point.

    help!

    I added a few different formulas.
    Maybe there are some you can use.
