Excel Price Program - Assistance to build

I am new to the forum and looked to see if my question is allowed or not, but couldn't find a clear answer.

I am trying to build a pricing program / estimating program for my small construction company.

The goal is to build a workbook that would allow me to input the quantities of materials needed, then select the size and types of material from a drop down menu. This will then self populate the price data per line on my quote. Then at the very bottom, the amount labor required will input, to result in a net bottom line quote value.

This might be clear in my head but not so clear the way i have described it, but would anyone have the time, ability etc to assist me with this? If it is fee based assistance, please let me know.
